Fruit and Vegetable Dryer / Food Dehydrator.
This dryer uses a fan and two 300-watt heaters to maintain a temperature of about 120 degrees F. and will dry a load in about 12 hours. Electrical consumption is low so the cost of drying a load is very low.
To dry the vegetables or fruit, you simply spread the food out in a single layer on fiberglas screen-covered trays and then shift the trays from top to bottom during the drying period.
Twelve dryer shelves sized 15 3/4 x 12 1/2 inches.
