Apple Cider Press.
The cider press depicted in these plans consist of a sprocket-wheel grinder and a clam-shell-design press and can yield as much as 12 gallons of juice per hour for a person operation.
Using portable power tools and careful craftmanship, you can build your own press, grinder and sawhorse stand for about half the cost of manufactured units.
